WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • Product prices do not include shipping fees and each order is subject to a fee depending on the location.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

Emeli is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item that you are not completely satisfied with.

Exchanging a product is possible within 4 days of receiving the order by only paying for shipping fees, or you can return it through our stores located in Maadi Grand Mall within 14 days of receiving the order. And within 30 days in case of faulty items.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

When you place an order on our website, we will reply to you with an email confirming your order and all delivery and billing address details, including all the items you have ordered.

Please check that all the information is correct on this confirmation email as incorrect information can cause delays on your order.

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?

At Emeli Stores we use top grain cow leather, the highest of its quality, with many colors and prints on it including crocodile, snake and a large variety of other prints.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LEATHER SHOES?

Cleaning shoe buckles is very simple. With an unused toothbrush and some toothpaste, scrub your product gently before using a damp cloth to wipe it off. Additionally, maintaining proper polishing is advised. We highly recommend adding many transparent polishing layers to shoes before wearing them. For vintage leather products, use a soft-touch brush to gently wipe dirt off. DO NOT use any liquids whatsoever.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR LEATHER BAGS?

Mix dish soap with warm water and dip in a cloth into it before cleaning your leather handbags gently. Additionally, use another clean and slightly damp cloth to wipe away the soap and dry it off with a fresh towel. Warm water mixed with soap will also remove stains from the product.

HOW TO SPOT FAKE FROM REAL LEATHER?

To spot fake leather, drop a tiny amount of water on the product. Real leather naturally absorbs liquids. A fake leather product will not absorb the water, unlike real leather which quickly absorbs moisture

Fun Tip: Using a lighter, quickly apply the fire against the product’s surface. Real leather will never burn unlike fake leather which will quickly change its texture or catch fire.

Size Chart

To determinate your shoe size, you should measure your foot from the back of your heel to the tip of you toe. the easiest way to do this is by drawing a straight line on a piece of paper and marking the end of your big tow and the end of your heel on the line, then measure the distance between the two marks. Do this for both feet, as they can often be different sized.
