How do I return/exchange?

• Enter your order number and email address or phone number in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund. 

• Easy exchange and/or refund through our stores located in Maadi Grand Mall within 14 days of receiving the order; and within 30 days in case of faulty items.
• Items must be in original condition
• Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على إرشادات الشحن بمجرد الموافقة على طلب الإسترجاع أو الإستبدال

  

ما هي سياسة الاستبدال و الإسترجاع؟

الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع في خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ إستلام الطلب مع تحمل تكلفة الشحن

الاستبدال و / أو الاسترداد من خلال متاجرنا بالمعادي جراند مول خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب ؛ وخلال 30 يومًا في حالة وجود منتجات بها عيب صناعة

المنتج يجب أن يكون في حالته الاصلية

سيتم رد المبالغ المستردة إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة للشراء

العميل مسؤول عن رسوم الشحن عند إجراء المرتجعات ورسوم الشحن للطلب الأصلي غير قابلة للاسترداد

 

Are there any charges for return?

• Customers are charged for shipping fees when making returns/exchanges.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Refunds/exchanges might take up to 10 working days to be delivered.
• Our team will contact you as soon as they receive the request to help you with the exchange process and guide you with any help you need.
• In case of exchange, our operations team will check the availability of the desired items and will contact the customer in case the product is not available. 
• Please state in the notes the details of the products you want for an exchange.

في حالة الإستبدال ، ستتحقق فريقنا من توفر العناصر المطلوبة وستتصل بالعميل في حالة عدم توفر المنتج
